Leading the way in person-centred elderly care in Upminster

Meadowbanks is a residential care home situated on
Hall Lane in Upminster, Essex. 

Our purpose-built care home features 40 comfortable bedrooms and is set within four acres of beautiful countryside, offering residents a peaceful setting with space to relax, socialise and feel at home.

Our compassionate, knowledgeable and professional team deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs, including residential care, dementia care, respite care or short-term care breaks.

We treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect, encouraging them to stay independent, make new friendships, and enjoy the engaging daily activities we offer.

We also work closely with local healthcare professionals, from GPs to hospital teams, to make sure every admission and transition is smooth, safe, and reassuring for residents and their families.

Our two activities coordinators put together a weekly roster of activities that bring joy, connection, and a sense of purpose, helping residents stay active and engaged.

Community and connection is at the heart of what we do. We pride ourselves on being a part of the local community and helping our residents feel the same.

Our home is set among four acres of beautiful Essex countryside, providing ample outdoor space for residents, where they can enjoy the benefits of nature and fresh air.
